We are a team dedicated to supporting efforts to establish the rightful constitution in
the country of Eritrea. Our objective is to eliminate through peaceful means,  the
practice of the current regime, of cruelty, torture, rapacity and murder visited on the
population of Eritrea ever since its independence from Ethiopia in 199
1.  In December
2007, The America Team initiated targeted humanitarian efforts on behalf of Shimelba
Refugee Camp in Ethiopia.
Our team helps create awareness of the consolidated opposition groups seeking to remedy
the transgressions and lack of human rights and religious freedom in Eritrea, which has been
characterized as the “North Korea of Africa.”   We create awareness within concerned
governments and organizations, of the plight faced by most Eritreans.  We also raise funds for
improvement of living conditions and education of residents of Shimelba Refugee Camp.
